Relational Silence is transactional.

I learn the most when I listen to the views of others... particularly those with which I have intense disagreement. Silencing that voice... that narrative... is a tragedy. Ultimately reflecting poorly on all parties. Necessary some times... yes. But the negative consequence must be understood and weighed.

The accountability for that decision is mine and mine alone. Others are free, as am I...
How foolish we are to think that we can control and "manage" relationships.
If they must be managed, they are transactions... and transactional models kill relationships. period.

Living with people is about loving... not just learning and teaching.
